Academy Planning Assistant
As an Academy Planning Assistant you will support our Academy Director throughout the whole planning process of the courses: from lesson content creation, to lectures coordination and direct contact with students and professors. You will be involved from the start in the Academy development process, getting to influence and witness its growth first hand.
This is a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months (or longer) in our HQ in Milan.
What you’ll learn to do
You’ll be the first point of contact for all Academy future students: securing appointments with leads and getting to present our project and vision and then maintaining an accurate record of all scheduled calls.
You will provide support throughout the whole organising process and prepare materials and supplies for training courses.
Assist in the scheduling and registration of lectures and conferences, and in preparing and updating course rosters, while maintaining training equipment, records and lesson calendar.
Provide administrative support to staff and lecturers in the planning and delivery of the lessons, becoming the point of contact for all course-related matters both to internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll assist with the management of all the administrative documents and forms regarding the academy.
