To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.

Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Talent Acquisition and Management Intern to join the Talent Acquisition and Management team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Location: Our office in Milan, Italy

Department Size: 20 (Approx.)

Reporting into: Talent Acquisition and Management Director

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

Talent Acquisition:

Assist in drafting job descriptions and updating existing ones to align with company needs
Coordinate job postings on various platforms and assist in monitoring applicant response rates
Schedule both phone and face-to-face interviews, manage multiple calendars of hiring managers and assessors
Conduct initial candidate screening to ensure they meet the minimum requirements for the role
Assist in the administration and management of assessment tools used in the selection process
Support the HR team in managing the recruitment process from end to end
Assist in the activation of internship programs, including posting internship opportunities and managing applicant responses
Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in the applicant tracking system
Support the HR team in managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
Provide assistance with employer branding projects, including research and content creation
Talent Management:

Support in the design and delivery of Induction and other relevant Onboarding processes
Support in the management and analysis activities of the LMS platform for online training
Support in the creation of digital content and learning solutions
Support in the management of externally provided training and in the operation of Interprofessional Funds for funded training
Support the development and delivery of internal L&D interventions using a blended learning approach that includes appropriate media and online training where necessary, always taking into account the company's
