UX Researcher and Designer
As Junior UX Researcher & Designer, reporting directly to the Design Lead, you will be a key part of a talented and successful design team that works together to create and develop new solutions and continuously improving platform flows and functionalities.
You will play a crucial part in understanding user needs and driving innovative solutions, your activities will include drafting questionnaires for quantitative research, designing scripts for qualitative interviews, conducting focus groups, and preparing comprehensive reports based on the team's findings. Additionally, you will create prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate your research-driven visual solutions to stakeholders.
You will collaborate in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment (i.e. with designers, business analysts, product managers, developers).
You will present your own design choices both in internal and external contexts.
Assisting and supporting other designers in daily tasks.
Drafting questionnaires for quantitative research, scripts for qualitative interviews, and user tests
Conducting interviews and focus groups
Preparing reports based on quantitative, qualitative, and desk research
Creating prototypes and wireframes to showcase visual solutions derived from research to stakeholders
This role will be a great fit if
Degree/Master in Psychology, Sociology, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related fields
Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies: from design to insights output
A knowledge of design thinking processes and related logical processes
Basic knowledge of at least one software among Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD (or similar)
You are proactive, have strong communication skills and are a team-player
You are very organized and work well with deadlines while keeping an eye on details.
Have a portfolio to showcase your case studies and your approach to research
Good command of the English language
Background studies also in neuromarketing, behavioral economics, behavioral sciences and Knowledge of Axure, ProtoPie, Framer, Jitter are a big plus
