• Some examples of your responsibilities
• New Marketplace Exploration: Research and identify potential new marketplaces that align with the company's goals and target audience, creating opportunities to expand the brand's presence and reach new customers.
• Product Placement on Marketplaces: Collaborate with marketplace platforms to place the company's products strategically, optimizing visibility and positioning the brand for success within the new sales channels.
• Agency Interaction & Oversight: Mantain effective communication with external Amazon agencies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Monitor agency performance and provide feedback as necessary to optimize collaboration and outcomes.
• Marketplace Listings Management: Monitor and manage listings on various marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and consistency in product information and presentation, while optimizing for search ranking and customer engagement.
• Customer Reviews Monitoring: Regularly review customer feedback on various marketplaces, identifying trends and areas of improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand reputation.
• Customer Messages Responding: Actively respond to customer messages on marketplaces, fostering a positive and supportive customer experience while addressing concerns and maintaining an open line of communication.
• Marketplace Stocks Monitoring: Keep a close eye on inventory levels on various marketplaces, ensuring sufficient stock levels to meet demand and avoiding stockouts or overstocks.
• Marketplace Results Reporting: Track and report on marketplace performance, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement to support the ongoing development and success of the company's marketplace presence.
