Description
Recruiting experience, with experience recruiting for Technology
roles is a plus;
? Mastery of Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean Search;
? Ability to build a robust network of top talent by gaining market
intelligence;
? Ability to build relationships with hiring managers at all levels;
? Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work
well in an environment with competing demands.
? Ideal candidate will have experience using JAZZRH, or another
ATS system for candidate management;
? Passive headhunting experience and techniques, candidate
experience, and offer negotiations.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-
active market research and ongoing relationship management;
demonstrating the ability to anticipate Hiring Manager's preferences
through high offer-to-interview ratios;
? Partner with leading companies hiring managers to discuss hiring
needs and build search strategies for each role;
? Develop diversity talent and sourcing strategy appropriate for
technical roles;
? Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates;
? Manage and coordinate expectations of both the hiring managers
and candidates;
? Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems ( JAZZRH
is a plus ou other);
? Keep up to date on market trends - recruiting policies, practices,
and trends.
