What will you take care of?

As HR Administrator you will be part of the Bosch HR Team and you will:

Oversees the time and attendance process and coordinates with department managers and/or employees in the event of card anomalies;
Support of the Payroll Studio, manages, for example, tax deductions, family allowances, severance pay advances, garnishments and assignments, Supplemental Security Funds, etc.;
Monitor payroll process on a monthly basis and aligns cost data within dedicated tools;
Do checks on bills (e.g., salaries, open funds, garnishments, L. 68/99 waivers, etc.);
Creates employee attendance and payroll master records in the company HR platform;
Collects and files employee personnel documents;
Interfaces with employee personnel for clarification in administrative matters;
Prepares and sends accident reports in computerized format;
Checks invoices issued by staffing companies;
Prepares reports regarding activities under your responsibility;
Maintains relationships with external entities for your area of competence;
