Customer Relationship Support - Intern

To enhance its B2B Sales Team, Artemest is looking for a motivated, organized and self-starter Customer Relationship Support - Intern.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Work closely with the NY Team providing support with the B2B clients' requests
- Work closely with the B2B Presale Team in Milan with customers' assistance
- Interact with suppliers to manage customers’ requests and negotiate the best solution for the company and its customers
- Work closely with other departments (Logistics, Catalogue Management and Technology) to ensure an excellent level of customer experience
Offer information:
Duration: 6 months
Working hour: full-time (from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm)
Monthly compensation: 600€
Ticket restaurant provided according to the company policy
