Trade Order Management Intern (B2B)

To enhance its Team, Artemest is looking for a motivated and organized Trade Order Management Intern (B2B) with a focus on the area of order management, advising both customers and suppliers.

What will be your key responsibilities?

- Work with Artemest Trade Sales team and monitor orders for Artemest top B2B Clients (Interior Designers, Architects, Real Estate Developers, Retail Luxury Brands)

- Monitor and support the management of the full order lifecycle and be the point of contact to our artisans and customers for order related questions

- Be the point of reference between Artemest Trade and Order Management and Post-Sales teams

- Provide excellent customer support (in English) through emails and calls

- Understand project inquiries and use problem solving skills to meet expectations of Artemest Trade clients

- Monitor the development and delivery of trade projects

- Interact with our network of Italian artisans to negotiate the best solution for the company and its clients

- Collaborate on a daily basis with other internal Teams (Logistics, Product Management, Finance and Technology) to ensure a high-quality customer experience
