Reward & Compensation Senior Analyst


In this role you will support our Reward & Compensation Practice in activities related to evaluation and analysis of job profiles, compensation analysis, surveys productions and market benchmarks support our Clients on Compensation and Reward strategies

You will have the opportunity to:
- Job analysis and job matching' activities in order to support Clients in mapping and classifying the roles according to Mercer job evaluation methodology
- Work on activities of compensation analysis, data validation, and benchmarking in order to support companies in verifying the market positioning
- Preparation of reports and participate to clients’ meetings to present the analysis, results and suggestions/recommendations for improving the Companies’ compensation system (in italian and english)
- Work on compensation surveys production and the analysis of yearly results, in order to develop market trends by industry, by geography, by role etc
- Market Scouting and developing market best practices related to Reward practices
- Train clients on the Mercer methodology, products/services and tools
- Support senior colleagues in preparing business development documents or proposals relating to Mercer services
- Leverage the opportunity to further develop your skills and work with other Mercer’s teams and practices in different HR consulting areas

You are the ideal candidate if you meet the following requirements:
- 2/3 years of experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefit in HR Corporate Functions or Consulting
- University Master Degree in economics / organization/ management preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Strong results orientation
- Attention to details
- Energy and capability to manage multitasking and complex situations
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point)
Italian and English proficiency
