MARINE INSTALLATION SERVICES ASSISTANT INTERN

The person will be part of the Projects Business Unit by joining the Marine Installation team. The candidate is expected to carry out all the document management activities related to vessels' costs, also contributing to the development of tools for the simplification and reorganization of the installation personnel management.
Personnel Management (Main SOW)
• Keep Track of offshore personnel movements (Italy and UK personnel), in terms of travel plans and manning planning
• In cooperation with Supporting Marine Operations and Human Resources to keep updated departure list of people to properly track movements within countries correctly and to manage the related documentation.
• To manage immigration tasks (visa, immigration permits, etc)
• To maintain Team Certification documents (medical & HSE certs, technical certs)
• To track team utilization days
• Support the department to collect and check the monthly utilization sheet and travel expenses sheets of the personnel, both internal and external.
Project Engineering SOW
• to maintain the engineering documentation database
• data collection and analysis for installation engineering purposes
• to maintain the equipment database and to keep track of the relevant maintenance done/to be done
• to manage the proforma invoices of offshore activities
QUALIFICATIONS
• Technical background (engineering) preferred
• Full proficiency in both written and spoken English, other languages as a plus
• High knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project,
• Team player
• Location: Italy, Milan
