Maximize product adoption (utilization & self-servicing) for CVS System Solutions Digital customers to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.

Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities

Key activities | Primary:

Understand product know-hows (basic technical information, use-cases, etc.) of ZF digital solutions portfolio.
Benchmark existing customer adoption processes to identify, implement and pioneer industrial best practices.
Strategize, evolve and execute optimum customer adoption program for existing and new customers.
Own and produce content for 5 core customer adoption domains: (1) Step-by-step guidance, (2) Knowledge management, (3) Announcements, (4) Surveys & Analytics, (5) Automation; for digital product
Work with Global Product Owners, Global Content Marketing Manager, Global Product Marketing Leader and other relevant stakeholders to ensure optimum customer adoption
Key activities | Secondary:

Assist in MarComm activities: storytelling, campaigns, content creation and more.
Assist in internal communication activities: newsletters, webinars, training sessions, etc.
