CRM Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing team plays a crucial role in the company's visibility by designing, implementing and monitoring marketing strategies globally. People are responsible of maintaining high-quality standards, reaching challenging growth and profitability goals.

WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor or Master’s degree in communication, marketing or economics

Natural curiosity and interest in digital marketing and CRM marketing

Strong analytical skills

Fluent in English

Hands-on mentality and willing to learn

Quickly adapts to new environments and different platforms

Excellent attention to detail, organization and communication skills

Ability to collaborate across teams

PLUS

Short experience in CRM Marketing and/or Digital Transformation environments.

Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and Google Analytics.

Basic experience with e-commerce platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will support the marketing & CRM team in creating a great customer experience for our existing and new clients.


Support in managing day-to-day email campaigns: production of email templates in cooperation with the content team, testing email across different clients and devices, creation of audiences and campaigns scheduling

Support in building segmented paths for our audiences.

Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve campaigns.

Support in planning and organizing email marketing calendars.

Support in identifying lead generation strategies to engage existing customers and prospects.

Competitor analysis to identify best practices for our brands.
