Young Graduates Cross department Program


As one of the world's leading reinsurance companies, Munich Re is dedicated to training all employees to reach the highest levels of insurance and reinsurance knowledge, to transforming that knowledge into expertise, and to bringing that expertise to our clients. The young graduates cross-dept. induction program is one way of accomplishing this critical goal. This experience-based program offers 18-months comprehensive training in Facultative&Corporate, Claims, Client Management, New Business Models and Accounting areas (rotations can last between 2 to 5 months). Trainees will spend the majority of their time gaining hands-on experience about core business functions from internal experts and enjoy working in a hybrid environment.

Munich Re Italia has expertise in the underwriting of facultative and treaty business Non-Life and Life, complex risks which require high capabilities such as NatCat and niche risks such as cyber and D&O.
