Automation - area Coordination & Outsourcing Controls

Within the Unit, we are currently looking for a Stager. The role holder, directly reporting to Head of Coordination & Outsourcing Controls, will be involved in the following activities:
• Supporting the development of the Smart Process Automation Program jointly with the Innovation team, also with regards to the preparation and coordination of internal trainings
• Supporting the development of the robots planned in the MBO to automatize some activities in different areas, such as Reporting Services, Funds Services, Clients Services:
+ Collect the Business Requirements
+ Define the robot functionalities
+ Develop the robot
+ Test the robot and support the users on the UAT
+ Supporting the governance of the robots live
• Supporting in coordination of specific projects aimed at the adoption of new regulation, such as CSDR, PRIIPS KID or ESMA Performance Fees.
• Supporting in the oversight of the business as usual activities, preparing periodic dashboards
