RESPONSABILITIES

Evaluating existing business processes;
Analyzing operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunity;
Implementing process improvement effort;
Proactively collaborate with the team in national/global change management processes;
Support the team in all the planning phases and the activities of the projects (e.g. documentation, activity coordination, analysis, etc.);
Perform User Acceptance Tests (UAT) of applications and platform;
Supervise documentation to users and colleagues;
Report internal follow up of the projects;
Act as point of contact for internal users.
