Technical Recruiter (ambito Cyber Security) (RiF. UNIBIC 2021-513)


Il/La candidato/a sarà responsabile della gestione dei processi di ricerca e selezione di profili professionali in ambito Cyber Security, con autonomo presidio delle attività di:

- supporto al management nell’analisi e nella definizione dei fabbisogni

- ricerca proattiva di candidati attraverso i principali canali di reclutamento

- screening dei profili professionali di interesse

- pianificazione e gestione di colloqui conoscitivi

- gestione della comunicazione con i candidati durante l’intero iter di selezione
