Group Reward & HR Data Analyst


1. Mission and key priorities of the role:
You will join our growing HR team at Group level based in Milan, reporting directly to the Head of Reward and HR Planning. You will actively participate in the deployment of Compensation & Benefits processes Group-wide, with a particular focus on People Analytics and reporting.

2. Your responsibilities include:
• Provide high quality data analysis to fully support development and implementation of Fedrigoni Reward strategy
• Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with focus on relevant HR KPIs
• Support preparing dashboards, particularly on labor cost, being able to highlight key findings and impacts
• Work in full collaboration with internal stakeholders to collect people data and understand trends across different BUs/Countries/Legal entities
• Support all Compensation processes, including salary survey benchmarking
• Assist the deployment of Benefits programs, including their administration in the HRIS (Workday)

3. Who are we looking for:
• Bachelor in Statistics, Economics or Master HR related
• Previous experience in HR / Reward teams will be considered a plus
• Strong ability to shift from detailed analysis to synthesis according to what the context requires
• Ability to present complex data in an understandable and in order to gain stakeholders’ buy in
• Highly organized with an analytical mindset
• Very good knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint and ability to learn new specific software
• Italian mother tongue, English proficiency
