The ideal candidate will be involved in new product development and trend collections to empower the product portfolio within assigned product categories.

Part of the Global Marketing team, the jobholder will report to PRODUCT SPECIALIST, will have a good knowledge of product performances and value proposition, and will help to identify and map textures according to internal or external briefs.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

To support the Product Specialist during the development of new formulas and collections following the Marketing strategy, inputs from Regional Marketing and portfolio gaps.
To propose new product ideas working in cooperation with R&D and Technology & Process Innovation Team.
To scout for new technologies and to contribute to technical assessment of product.
To evaluate product performances to support their development.
To support the Product Specialist during the evaluation of the market benchmarks by highlighting similarities and discrepancies within the Chromavis formula portfolio.
Skills required

Preferably degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, CTF; different level of education will be evaluated
Fluent in English
IT knowledge: Very good knowledge of the Office package and management systems
Cosmetic lover and Make-up user.
Strong creativity to match technical approach
Ability to communicate with technical departments (R&D, Process Innovation)
Effective workload planning, respect of deadlines, ability to manage stress in a very dynamic environment
Ability to network and build relations
Self-motivation and great sense of responsibility and confidentiality
Personal ethics, tact and diplomacy
