Client Service - Global Market Insights team


Within our Client Service team we’re currently looking for a Client Service Specialist who will be fully dedicated to our GMI offering (Global Market Insights) that provides data and insights solutions on market analysis and performances to our Italian clients (operating into LifeScience field) interested in pursuing an internationalization process.

The Client Service Specialist GMI will have the responsibility for supporting clients in analyzing GMI data and ensures they obtain maximum value from IQVIA products and services. Will also answers client queries and collaborates with the GMI Sales team to best support the clients. Provides in-depth training in databases and products and assists the sales team in preparing quotations.


- Manage queries raised by client using in-depth understanding of the client and GMI data to ensure that a full and timely response is provided (also with support from international teams)
- Provide additional insight and interpretation of the data to enable appropriate resolution of business questions and/or issues
- Responsible for maintaining and growing revenue from existing services
- Supporting the team lead on driving and implementing GMI - Service initiative
- Support GMI Sales team in the definition of quotations
- Review client data requirements with the appropriate internal resource to ensure that basic product deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality.
- Research, analyze and respond on time to client data queries.
- Provides
training to clients and support to team for client service meetings at customer sites.
- Produce ad-hoc studies and presentations on demand.


- University background in different fields (Management, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, etc) having acquired competencies on data analysis
- Previous experience in similar role (having dealt with client support, market analysis, reporting) will be positively evaluated
- Curiosity on pharmaceutical and healthcare market will be a plus
- Attention to details
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
- Strong communication, good interpersonal attitude
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work on a team and to interact with international stakeholders
