Are you passionate about Planning, Performance analysis and Operations? Join LG Electronics Italy as Sales Administration Specialist, you will have the possibility to work in an international environment with the Sales Admin Manager. You will have internal contacts with Sales, Administration, Credit, CRM, Product Directors and CFO and external contacts with major customers to support and implement strategies improvements.

What You’ll Do:
• Operation. You will support the sales deduction related policies (i.e. customer rebate, price protection); you will have the opportunity to follow-up on sales program related charge-back issues and sales contracts.
• Planning and organization. You will provide timely reservations for the Sales Program. You will support the monthly financial closing related to the sales programs and you will provide monthly reports based on HQ or internal ad-hoc requests.
• Monitoring. You will control the correct price application and the analysis customer claims requests. You will monitor budget spending to avoid overspending and to proceed with extra budget request according to HQ policy and you will coordinate the internal rules and local fiscal rules compliance. Finally, you will care and monitoring the target achievement by customer.
• Reporting. You will have the opportunity to produce the monthly reports of cost analysis, the weekly report of budget management and the weekly report of omission cases. You will provide detailed cost analysis per division and analyze the performance by customer. This input can be used for the development of the sales strategy.
