Talent Acquisition Sourcer Italy, Greece and Israel


In your role You will be responsible for helping grow our business in the perimeter of the Italy, Greece and Israel cluster managing the full life cycle recruitment process. You'll act as a strategic talent advisor for Reckitt, understanding markets, trends and challenges and creating recruitment campaigns and strategies that work. You'll find innovative ways to connect with candidates and provide an excellent experience ensuring quality and rigour in selection. You'll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts and partner with line managers for best-in-class recruitment.
Moreover, you will be responsible for:
- managing all the phases of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, assessing & selecting candidates, liaising with top talents in the Italy, Greece and Israel markets, looking for the desired competencies and the right company fit;
- mapping the key positions in the market, building a pipeline of talents;
- liaising with Line Managers to understand hiring needs and vacancy briefs when they occur;
- using proactive, direct, recruitment methods that will attract candidates by job boards, networking and employee referrals & social media;
- maintaining accurate hiring documentation on all requisitions, interviews and candidates through Success Factors (ATS)
