To enhance its Team, Artemest is looking for a motivated, organized and self-starter Customer Care Intern.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer care daily activities: handling customers’ inquiries and requests through emails and calls
- Interact with suppliers to manage customers’ requests and negotiate the best solution for the company and its customers
- Work closely with other departments (Logistics, Product Management and Technology) to ensure an excellent level of customer experience
- Customer loyalty and retention initiatives
- Continuously evaluate internal customer care processes and propose business development initiatives
