Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be in charge to:

create/insert the purchase orders in the ERP;
follow-up the order progress and support in organizing the document archive;
support the accountant in the verification of the purchase orders and invoices
manage the requests change/creation of the suppliers database;
support the creation of a monthly process in order to monitor the orders budgets and their progress;
support the activity of the monthly closing of the balance sheet and preparation of the monthly ERP extraction for the PnL analysis
support the activity of contacting the administrative consultants, responsible for the accounting/administrative management of the JVs;
support the customer accounting in the preparation of the montly report of sales contract and updating the reference parameters (e.g. sales price, transports)
support the PEC mailboxes.

You have an economical academic background, good knowledge of english. and preferably have experience in a similar role (1 year)
