Prestige Events

Pirelli Tyre S.p.A.

Within Pirelli's Prestige and Motorsport BU, the resource will be integrated and involved in the activities of the Prestige events, in particular in support of the Prestige Events Manager:
- for the coordination and implementation of the P ZERO Experience (Pirelli Trackday) project in the relevant markets globally
- for the organization of events related to automotive platforms (Prestige / Sport Premium / Classic) for which Pirelli is an official partner.

In detail the main activities:
o Support to the Prestige Events Manager in the organization of B2C events (both in the organizational, management and follow-up phase), in the management of communication activities with them and in the relationship with suppliers.
o Management of all operational and logistical aspects related to the organization of events (preparation of branding / set-up material for the various events, preparation of presentations for both internal and external, etc.)
o Management and updating of the contents on the Website and E-commerce for the PZERO Experience project, interfacing with the different markets as well as the Digital / IT team.
o Benchmark: Scouting of new opportunities to promote the P ZERO Experience project to target customers
o Support to the Prestige Events Manager in the preparation of content related to CRM activities by interfacing with the different markets involved as well as the CRM team and the external agency.
o Support in the selection, creation and approval of marketing and communication materials for events
