ING International Talent Programme - Retail Banking Track: Data Analysis

The ING’s International Talent Programme is a tailor-made four-year graduate programme. Simply bring your skills, values and personality you have the chance to play a part in leading the change ING wants to make. During the four-years, you will learn more about the wide environment related to the interactions between ING Bank and Retail customers and will help the orchestration of the commercial strategy by a synergistic interaction with the different Areas of the Bank and a holistic 360 degree view of the customer.
Your journey as a trainee

Being part of the Customer Interactions Tribe allows you to play a key role in growing ING brand in Italy and positioning it as a distinctive and smart player in the banking system.
As a Retail trainee, you will start your journey within the Customer Interaction Tribe, and in particular at the Data Analysis Expert Team, where you’ll do your bit in helping our clients create a better future for themselves, providing them with the tools they need to get where they want to go.
Starting your journey within the Data Analysis Expert Team will lead you into a data-driven perspective, empowering your vision and strategic dialogue with the strength of data knowledge.
Working with Data Analysis Expert Team will give you all the insights you need to better understand commercial trends and customer behaviors.
As a Retail trainee in the Customer Interactions, you will be inspired by several areas of expertise: “Voice of Customers” to improve your customer experience, “Customer Strategy” to learn how to develop strategic marketing activities and a strong customer relationship through personalized communications and offering.
Your ITP Rotation
In your first year and a half of the the program you’ll explore different areas within ING. Each rotation could last from 3 to 6 months: You’ll have the chance to start as a Data Analyst and then learn how to develop a customer journey strategic plan or to improve the customer satisfactions discovering useful insights related to customer experience: all you need is data and your capacity to get the right vision from them!
At the end of this rotation period you will have the opportunity to work abroad for six months with one of your projects. As we are a company with a presence in many countries across the globe, you could spend this time in Singapore, US, Poland, Australia, Spain or almost everywhere you dream.
